Whether retreats, family or social gatherings, they will create the experience you desire. This is an ideal weekend get-away, with a combination of scenic and exciting river travel in guided canoes.
Trip of a lifetime – 3 to 7 days Multi-day tours include meals, transportation from Rocky Mountain House, accommodations, equipment and certified guides. Options include:
Canoe the braids above Lake Abraham, the gap from Nordegg, the historic Saunders flats or the exhilarating Horburg to Rocky Mountain House.
Hike a wide selection of creeks, canyons or alpine meadows
Try rock climbing/rappelling at Kootenay Plains
Location – River The North Saskatchewan River offers perfect canoeing for all ages and skill levels. The river’s rapids never run shore-to-shore allowing for a wide range of adventure on every tour.
Group Sizes can range from 8 to 30 or more. Family groups, school groups as well as smaller more intimate groups can be hosted. All packages offer the friendly and professional services of expert guides and the stability and comfort of 22 foot or 26 foot voyageur canoes (8 passengers and a guide). All equipment is provided. Simply wear clothes appropriate for river travel. On overnight stays all you need to add is a sleeping bag (can be rented also), extra clothes and personal items.
