Interpretive Hiking or Tracking
Spend a half or full day in the Kananaskis Country on one of many scenic trails. On route, your guide will discuss local history, tracking, geology and flora & fauna. Great emphasis is placed on the food/medicinal value of local plants and how First Nations People used both plants and animals to live and how they can be used in a survival situation. The hands on approach, leads you to self-discovery of the plants and animals with the aid of your guide. Various levels from novice and intermediate and multi-days are available.
