Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per person is required upon reservation. Your deposit holds your reservation until 30 days before the departure date at which time the balance is due. If you are signing up within 30 days of the trip, full payment is due with registration.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable. However, if FA-Travel receives notice of your cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure, your deposit will be credited toward a trip taken in the next 12 months, and any balance paid will be refunded. Cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior to departure forfeits the deposit credit and 50% of the balance paid will be retained. Cancellation within 15 days of trip departure forfeits deposit and all balance paid.
